Do you allow overnight stays?
No. We only allow events, lunch and dinner parties from 9:00 am til 10:00pm. This apartment is owner occupied and only the common areas are available (kitchen, dining room, restrooms, entrance and coat racks.
Is there any noise restriction for parties?
Yes, since the house is in a residential area, noise restrictions are from 11:00pm to 9:00am. Please, let us know about your plans so we can let you know about any restrictions.
